In Bloom Education Publishing was started by two educators and social-emotional learning experts, who are also moms. They combined their expertise in early childhood learning and development, literacy, and practical parenting to create a holistic tool that supports both academic skills and emotional well-being, making learning engaging and manageable for young children and their families.
JENNIFER L.M. GUNN, FOUNDER
Jennifer L.M. Gunn is an educator and expert in literacy, social-emotional learning, and skills development. She is known for designing innovative instructional models and is the author of 6 books for learners that utilize social-emotional learning (SEL) as the bridge to academic learning. Her work also includes building cross-curricular curricula models that break barriers and promote equity. A mom to a young child, Jennifer is passionate about early literacy and SEL skills building!
GINA ANGELILLO, FOUNDER
Gina Angelillo is an educator, restorative justice leader, and expert in social-emotional learning and mathematics. She is known for designing groundbreaking cross-curricular learning models, social-emotional learning programs, as well as restorative systems for educational equity. She is a dedicated mom to two boys who champions early literacy and social-emotional skills building for young learners every day.
